Website Terms and Conditions of Use

This document establishes the terms and conditions of using the website and the rights of the user of the website. In addition, in case of placing an order by the user, it constitutes a contract between the user and TAAT.

Definition of basic terms

The terms used in this document have the following meanings:

Platform - e-commerce website www.taat.online

Goods - products offered through the website.

User - any person who uses this website, including website visitors, individuals who place orders and service recipients.

Intermediary - a person providing intermediary services in accordance with the Law of Georgia "On

E- Commerce".

Introduction

• Through the website, users can - buy goods throughout Georgia.

• In the event that TAAT - website is an intermediary, it is responsible both for the damage caused by the courier during the transportation of goods (loss or damage to the goods) and for the damage caused by the malfunction of the platform, which caused the damage provided by the laws of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and "On E-Commerce". / Violation of the right(s) of the recipient of the service.

 

User account

• It is not mandatory to create an account (profile) in order to fully use TAAT services. To open an account, the user must follow the instructions on the website: provide the requested information and, if necessary, undergo verification.

• Before creating an account, the user must make sure that the aforementioned does not violate the legislation of Georgia and the rights of third parties.

• The user is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data specified during the creation of the account.

• TAAT reserves the right to additionally request the user to confirm the accuracy of the data specified on the platform. User data will be processed in accordance with the TAAT privacy policy and legislation.

• TAAT users have the option to register and create an account using Google or Facebook. In such a case, the user must additionally agree to the terms and conditions specified by Google and Facebook, the compliance of which is the responsibility of the user.

• Customer is responsible for safe keeping of account details. If the user suspects that a third party has access to his/her account details, the user must change it immediately or contact TAAT.

• TAAT reserves the right to cancel the user's account in case of flagrant violation of Georgian legislation or this document by the user.

 

Order

• Any user can place an order on TAAT. To place an order, the customer must follow the instructions on the website.

• Before the order is finally placed, the customer has the opportunity to identify the error made during the order placement (if any) and correct it.

• When the user places the order in electronic form, the trader will immediately confirm the receipt of the order by electronic means, namely through the website, the user is informed that the order has been placed. After receiving the order, TAAT processes it.

• TAAT reserves the right to cancel an order when there is an objective reason for canceling an order, such as a fraudulent case, software, technical errors, etc.

Accepting the order

• The customer can use the courier service.

• Courier services

• TAAT, through a courier company, ensures the delivery of the customer's order to the desired address.

• TAAT is responsible for damage to the item during transportation.

• Delivery of the order in Tbilisi is carried out within 1 to 3 working days. In the regions, within 1 to 7 working days.

• In rare cases, TAAT may take more time (but not more than 30 calendar days) to process the order, than it is determined by the terms and conditions of the present rules, about which the customer will be notified in advance before the purchase of the goods.

• At the time of placing the order, the customer is obliged to check the goods, to make sure that they correspond to the order and have no visual defects.

• In case the product has a visual defect, the customer should not accept it and immediately contact TAAT at the indicated number: 591807090.

• Before placing the order (before delivery to the address or starting the delivery process), the user has the right to refuse the order, for which the user must contact TAAT at the indicated number: 591807090.

 

 

 

Statutory guarantee

• Statutory warranty conditions apply only to users who are physical persons.

• If the goods are found to be defective, the consumer has the right to request the seller to eliminate the defect (repair or replace the goods free of charge, reduce the price) or withdraw from the contract.

• Repair and replacement of goods are the primary rights of the consumer. The customer has the right to request the seller to repair or replace the goods free of charge, unless this is impossible due to the nature of the goods or requires a disproportionate or inappropriately high cost.

• The goods must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, so that the customer does not face a significant delay, taking into account the nature of the goods and the purpose for which he purchased the goods.

• Repair or replacement of goods free of charge means that the seller will bear all costs (including postage, labor and material costs) necessary to ensure that the goods conform to the terms of the contract.

• The customer has the right to request a reduction in the price of the goods or to refuse the contract if one of the following conditions exists:

•Goods cannot be repaired or replaced;

• The trader did not repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time and the consumer lost interest in the performance of the contract;

• The repair or replacement of the goods by the seller's dealer will cause a significant delay to the customer.

• The customer has the right to demand non-fulfillment of the contract in case of withdrawing from the contract

WARRANTIES RELATING TO SERVICES

• TAAT undertakes to provide services to customers in accordance with Georgian legislation. Service means any service that TAAT provides to the Customer, including courier services

• In the event that the service provided is defective or overdue, the customer must provide TAAT with a reasonable additional time to provide the service/remediate the defect, unless, due to the nature of the service, this is impossible or requires a disproportionate or disproportionate cost, as provided by law.

• In case of unsuccessful expiration of the additional term, the customer has the right to:

• To request an adequate reduction of the service price.

• Reject the contract and demand damages in accordance with the rules established by Georgian legislation.

• Determining an additional term is not mandatory, if it is clear that it will have no effect, or the customer has linked the performance of the contract to receiving the service on time.

• If the trader did not start providing the service on time or the service process is unreasonably delayed, which makes it impossible to provide the service within the stipulated period, the trader has no right to demand compensation for the expenses incurred in the service process, as well as compensation for the services provided, if the customer has lost interest in the partial performance of the contract.

• TAAT provides warranty service itself. The cost of a false call, including transportation, is 30 (thirty) GEL.

 

Commercial warranty

• In addition to the statutory warranty, specific goods may have a commercial warranty, the terms of which will be specified in the specific product description.

• The commercial warranty does not limit the terms of the statutory warranty.

 

Return Policy

• According to Article 13 of the Law of Georgia "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right to refuse the contract and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods without giving any reasons.

• In order to take advantage of the mentioned request, the customer is obliged to fill out the goods return form.

• In case of returning the goods, the customer is obliged to:

• To return the goods to the trader or to a third party designated by him immediately after sending the notification about the return of the item, but no later than 3 calendar days.

• Pay the direct (immediate) cost associated with the return of the goods.

• The item should be transported to the following address: St. Tbilisi, Mukhiani settlement 4b micro district building 41.

• If the characteristics of the goods do not correspond to the data indicated on the website, the goods have an original defect or are damaged, the seller will ensure the return of the goods at his own resources.

• The customer is obliged to return the goods in full with all the attached documents.

• The trader is obliged to return the amount paid to the customer within 14 calendar days after receiving the notification of the return of the goods. The merchant has the right to refuse to issue a refund until the goods have been returned or the customer has received proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier.

• Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that the customer used, unless the customer agrees to use another payment method.

• Refusal of the goods by the user automatically leads to its exit from the related contract and restoration of the original condition.

• The customer has no right to refuse the contract and unconditionally return the product:

• The price of the delivered goods depends on the change in the financial market, which cannot be controlled by the trader and which occurred within the period established by this document.

• The goods are made/made according to the customer's individual order.

• Delivered goods are perishable or have a short shelf life.

• Delivered goods, due to their characteristics, were inseparably combined with other goods during delivery.

• Goods worth up to 30 GEL.

• TAAT has promotions/discounts from time to time.

• Only registered users can take advantage of the promotion/discount.

• Promotion conditions are defined individually.

• Participation in the promotion automatically means that the user agrees to it.
